Before we proceed, please do the following:

1. Identify and list down all your assets including properties (with land title details), bank accounts (with account numbers), cars (with registration numbers), and shares in company (name and registration no. of company). The key here is to be detailed. 

  

2. Identify and list down to whom will the assets be given to. Please also find out their NRIC numbers.

3. Identify one or more persons to be your executor(s), and identify one witness (the requirement is a minimum of 2 witnesses, but we advise for you to include one of the lawyers at out firm to be the other witness). A witness cannot be a beneficiary to your estate. We need the NRIC numbers of the executor(s) and witness too.

4. Think about and list down any special needs you may have pertaining to your estate. For instance, the need to identify guardian(s) for your children, setting up a trust fund, or specific funeral arrangements.
