RESOLUTION
We believe resolving commercial and civil disputes does not necessarily require going to the courts. Many times, parties just need to be given a fresh perspective from an independent professional. And this is what we do at Siong & Rita. We listen to you and advise you on the best way forward - and sometimes, this means saving precious time and money that would otherwise have to be spent if a case is filed in court.
If litigation or arbitration cannot be avoided, however, our team is very much experienced and competent to act in your best interest in those forums as well.
CONSTRUCTION
LAW
Our team is involved extensively in construction arbitration, litigation and adjudication. We also advise clients in construction agreements, including various standard forms of contract. Since we have acted for developers, main contractors, sub-contractors, suppliers and other construction professionals, we are able to approach construction disputes from multiple perspectives to offer you a comprehensive solution.

It is said that matrimonial disputes are the messiest and most heated among all disputes. We work extra hard to help clients to navigate through these disputes without losing any more time, energy and money than they require. This process starts right from the first day a client comes to us for consultation: we seek to be honest with them on where they stand, how they feel, and what they can (or cannot) do to resolve the dispute.
CONVEYANCING
Buying or selling your property can be both time consuming and confusing. Something as simple as 3+1 does not necessarily mean 4 (call us if you don't get this). We try to give our clients a worry free experience with every transaction we handle on their behalf.
